Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This is a great waterfowl vest at an incredibly low price for a quality CC Filson product. Enjoy bringing your waterfowl into range for the perfect hunting or photographic shot with this camo vest. The numerical sizing is not recognizable by me, but the size: "L(54.75)" fits me who normally takes a Large 44 or XL 46. The designation size: S(59.25) is "Super", or apparently larger than an XL?
