2nds. Throw open your closet door and breathe in the fragrant, forest-fresh scent of cedar. Woodlore shoe trees naturally protect against moths and can be aromatically rejuvenated with light sanding.

I've oredered many of these both mens and womens. Several have fallen apart due to poor construction. One was bent on the metal piece. I was told these are seconds. I just returned many of these defective shoe trees. I'm afraid those I bought and have used in our shoes will fall apart some day. Big waste of money. Only product on this site I've bough with such quality problems. They should find a better vendor. Chinese quality is better than this American made junk. The cedar is fine, it's what holds the shoe tree together that is terrible.

I knew they were seconds but decided to try them anyway. I was really impressed by the aroma and how well made they are. It didn't take long to discover why the deal was so good, in the three pairs that I ordered there was not a single right foot! LOL
Happily, the shape is just generic enough to use them in certain shoes, so I just switched out couple of my true pairs in those shoes that could use these instead. I even hung a pair as a satchet for my furs.
They really are a great bargain if you have a sense of humor and/or a bit of flexibility

I ordered six pair of these shoe trees. My chief complaint about them is the fact that the spring mechanism (which is essential in a shoe tree--it is what makes the shoe tree fill out your shoe with constant, even pressure, which is what enables the shoe tree to keep the shoe's shape) in each shoe tree is a little funky--it does not slide easily. I actually had to return one pair because one spring mechanism did not slide at all. That said, STP holds these out as 2nds, so the quality should not be expected to be top notch. Depending on where you purchase new shoe trees, you should expect to pay 2 to 3 times this price for nice ones. For me these are a good value and worth the downsides.
