    I really wanted to keep these flips, but I just couldn't find a size that fit. I followed previous commentary and purchased an 11 (I usually wear a 10 in flips and 10.5 in closed-toe shoes). There was way too much flip showing behind my heel; so I exchanged them for a 10. The 10 was too small, and the straps on the right flip were so tight I couldn't get my foot in. I'm pretty bummed, b/c I think they'd be great flips for me with all the arch support they provide. I'll try another style of chacos.

    I'm a lifeguard so I'm required to wear flip-flops on the pool deck while I'm working. I cannot tolerate long hours with no arch support so I got these shoes and *they* are the real life saver! Note these are not your standard, lightweight, beach-friendly flip-flops: they're a bulky, heavy, sturdy shoe.
