Bought 2 pair, one for me and one for my daughter. It is hard to find flip-flops with adequate support for my 58-year-old feet, but these do the trick. I am still getting used to the shape of the foot bed as it is quite different from my previous Chaco flip flops which my dog chewed up. Webbing appears cheaper than older Chacos also. Still, look nice, provide support, good price (for Chacos - not for flip flops in general).

I love the arch support in this shoe. It is the first flip flop that I have been able to wear all day without getting tired feet. The other reviewers are correct about needing to break it in. The strap between the toes is very stiff.

This is the second pair of Chaco sandals that I have ordered this summer. The first ones I sent back, sling type. Both styles lack in comfort. They are heavier than I thought that they should be. Also the shape of the sole is very rigid and seems to turn inward. The shoes are very eye appealing and I so wanted them to work. I will have to go to another brand.
