I know I cannot wear the next size up b/c it is def too big. I wore them for an entire day and ended up with blisters on my right foot. The ones I tried on in the store were very comfortable and felt nothing like the ones out of the box. So I don't know if I ended up with seconds or what, but I am going to keep trying to break them in. I am pretty disappointed though b/c I was really looking forward to the comfort I experienced with the ones in the store. I have arch problems and can't wear any other types of flip flops except Keens and they are not all that supportive.
