My second pair of Hipthongs. I just discovered Chacos two months ago. I LOVE them! The footbed is perfect for my extremely high arches! I can actually walk without limping, they provide so much support for me! My plantar fasciitis is NOT acting up! It took me about a week to break them in, inc...

I own several pairs of Chaco's (Yampa and Unaweep Z1's) and always wear size 7 even though my normal shoe size is 8-8 1/2. I did not heed the other reviewer's warnings that these ran small and went ahead and ordered a 7. They were WAY TOO SMALL. The footbed was shorter than other Chaco's and because some of the cross straps on these are not adjustable (the solid colored small straps) these straps were super tight on my foot. Unfortunately I had to send them back and I didn't take the chance on ordering a pair of 8's and having to pay the return shipping costs on those too. I really wanted these sandals to work, but they just didn't. Bottum line, don't ignore the reviews and order a size UP if you want these!

These are no doubt the best every-day sandals I have ever owned. Not only are they attractive and very easy to slip on, they also have great arch support, wear like iron, and can be washed in the sink if the fabric gets dirty. I have had the same style pair and worn them for 5 summers, so when I saw these, I got them as a back up. Surely, the pair I have now will wear out some day!

I have had a pair of Hipthongs for the past 6 years,
I was looking to get another to augment my selection of color. Color was fine .
The adjustable strap was not. No matter what I tried, even a pair of pliers and my husband on the end of
that! not a budge to loosen it up.
The heel risers were too short.
There was no extra length of adjustable strap over the instep to allow me to get my foot in comfortably,
and then snug it up.
Sadly the quality did not seem up to par with the older version and I returned them

Have two other pairs of Chacos that are similar. I have come to rely on these sandals' durability, styling, support and looks. The sizes posted are true-fit. The prices paid have always been worth it. I have had Teva's and Earth Shoes but these don't even measure up to Chacos.
