My favorite shoes are my Chaco sandals, and I was hoping these would be as wonderful, for cooler weather. The fit is correct, but the instep area and footbed is as hard as a rock, actually painful to walk on! While standing in them for a while, I found myself lifting a foot off the ground to relieve the discomfort! I am going to keep them and try to break them in, but if I had tried them on in a store I would NEVER have bought them. There were so many great reviews of the Pedshed, I wonder if something was wrong with just this batch of shoes? They are cute, though!

I didn't find that these ran big. I kept 2 pair that I wore and sent back the ones I did not wear. The shape of the toe box was a bit too short for one of my toes on my left foot. The shape of the toe box has allot to do with that. The toe box is different because it has a rounded edge inside made out of leather and my toe keep hitting it. These are good shoes and I will continue to wear the ones I kept.

These shoes are built pretty weird. You feel like you are walking uphill in them and they are not a comfortable walk! Stiff, hard, and uncomfortable sums it up!

I have a pair of chaco sandals that fit great, however the exact same size in the Pedshed dont fit at all the same. The last (bottom of shoe) is the same great spongy but durable material and the arch is the same but that is where the similarities stop. The shoes last are longer by 3/4", which makes the shoes much too long. Oddly enough, the width is the same, (measured by putting both sandal and shoe together on the bottom), but the shoe is much too narrow. The the two reasons are this; 1) the top is closed/covered on the shoe and fits tightly. Since they are suede they will likely stretch. 2) Since the shoe is covered, there is a significant loss of last space from the seam. I typically buy birks and know how each line of the last fits ie, betulas, birks, tatamis... and in each line the last remains the same. (factors of removable footbeds can change it but they too are universal) But with Chacos, I can tell they are not universal. My friend has the exact same pedshed chaco shoe and she kept hers, stretched out the width to fit, but too much toe space made her keep tripping so she gave hers away. The footbed in both my sandal and shoe are the same, anatomical shape-- arch,,, Bottom line is figure it to be long in the toe and wides ones are normal, not wide. I'm returning mine and wont buy chacos online again unless I get free return shipping. Trying them on cost me too much

They said they run big. They do feel loose at first, and the arch is enough to scare you away. But after wearing them around the house and yard they are wonderful. Love the toe box that looks like a foot. The arch feels great once you wear them around. The sole is slippery on ice

This is my first pair of Chaco's. I wore them to work without a break in period and was thrilled with the result. Comfortable all day long. No Blisters or rub spots. I will definitely consider Chaco's in the future. I purchased my regular size and found it to be the right fit. Not sure if they will stretch but right now they are perfect. I have high arches and love the fit. Most shoes don't have high arches as these do. Love it!

If you need a lot of arch support, this is the shoe for you! I discovered Chaco through my podiatrist. I get tired of transferring insoles from one pair of shoes to another. Chaco brand is made with the best arch support I have ever found even with inserts. This particular style is especially comfortable for me because I can order it in a wide width and it is naturally styled with a roomy toe box. This is the second pair of this exact shoe that I have ordered. The first pair is still my go to shoes after 3-4 years. I have worn them almost every day!

Shopping, walking the dogs were made easier for me by these clogs who have a perfect arch support. I ordered them in a smaller size after having read the reviews and iy was a good thing since they are wide and my regular size would have been large. The sole is thick and gives a good insulation and stability. Although they look a little masculine I like them and I will certainly wear them with pleasure. As always, sierra Tradin Post mailed them in a short time and in themoriginal box. Great purchase!
