I wore these around the house today. They provide good support although the sole is a little bit hard. The toe strap on one shoe hurts a bit, hoping with time and wear, they will be comfortable. I love Chacos and have a pair that are 15 years old that I love. This is my first flip flop style.

Aesthetically, I like this sandal very much. Looks great on the foot. It also feels well made and durable. I've only worn a handful of times, so can't say much more than that.
It has great arch support. It is comfortable and my feet don't hurt after a days wear.
My only criticisms are that it runs a tad small. I ordered my normal size and I could probably use a half size up. It feels okay on my arch, but it looks just a touch short and narrow. The straps are ample. I have a high instep and they fit great.
Also, the shoe is quite heavy. I find most Chaco flip flops to be like this, though. I suppose that the price you pay for a nice, supportive sole.

I had to return these since my foot is too wide. The width says M, but it's more of a Narrow/Medium instead of Wide/Medium, and the straps won't stretch like leather. I'm going to get adjustable Chacos instead. Too bad, I really wanted some flip-flops like these with the arch support.
