For this shoe to be a wide, it does not fit like my 5 wide Chaco sandals. It is very hard to fit anything but a very thin sock with this shoe. Other than this small factor, these are amazing shoes for a nurse who is on her feet constantly. Thanks Chaco!!!

Ordered these in my normal size they were too small. Ordered again in size larger, they were too big and looked huge on my feet. Am sending these back very disappointed.

I love these clogs, with the strap on the back. The only thing is I think the strap makes the shoe fit a half size small. It doesnt allow your foot to slide all the way back. The strap may stretch over time, not sure, havent wore them enough to know, but great shoe with jeans.

I loved how these clogs looked and ordered my regular size. I have a "normal" foot width (not narrow, not wide) and couldn't get my feet in these clogs with a thin sock on. I returned them and ordered the next size up - I could force my foot in but it was just too uncomfortable. I am disappointed! The would have been super cute with jeans.
Answer
Absolutely, the Chaco Toe Coop Clogs fit the same way as the sandles.

Answer
Put your normal chacos on and stand up in them, now look down and see if you can see a border of sole all around your foot. If your foot reaches the side or even over hands the side at any point you will find these shoes tight as the leather upper is stitched onto the sole on the upper sole surface. This reduces the sole area by about 1-2mm all around. So it depends how your current sandals fit - I had to go to the wide fitting in these even tho my sandals are normal width. But when I put my sandals on part of my forefoot (like near my little toe) reach right the edge of the sandal and maybe even overhang just slightly, the shoes were way too tight in this area.
