• Not if you have hammertoes!

I have hammertoes, which means that I need shoes with a good toebox. If I had tried these on in a store, I wouldn't have bought them. HOWEVER, even though these shoes were initially painful, I was able to stretch the toebox by stuffing paper very tightly into the toes and leaving it there for a few days. I've done this three times and now the shoes are fine -- comfortable, nice-looking, silent-stepping.
