I live in Alaska and these boots have been warm and waterproof in the snow and winter conditions so far. The arch is amazing and makes the boot wearable all day. I love these boots. I even bought a pair for my daughter.

I already own several Chaco shoes but not any of their boots. These boots deliver! Comfortable enough for all day wear, walking and short hikes, look good withnjeans or skirts. They are not meant for temperatures below 25, there is just a lightweight liner inside. The generous fit does allow for thick socks. I will enjoy these boots for many years.

I just love these boots, they are so comfortable. I wear them all the time. I do have to say they run big , I bought them in a size 7 for I normally wear 7 to 7 1/2 shoeI have wide feet, these were just a bit big , I probably could of done a 6 1/2. I haven't worn them with a heavy sock yet maybe it will work out. All in all they are so comfortable, I wore them a few times out on an outings I was on my feet all day they were that comfortable that I never once thought I wish I could take these boots off. I wore them in the pouring rain and they never once got my feet wet. Once however it was raining good and the weather was colder and I did feel my feet were a little colder then I like. I did have a lighter sock on on this day ?? To sum this review up I love them, they are stylist, they look good with what ever you like to wear. I like that they are a light boot on your feet and not at all a heavy boot. If you think you might buy them do your self a favor and do you will never regret it. They are a good boot for fall weather. Not sure for the winter yet.

Yes , these shoes are perfect to go out and play and walking - it gets pretty cold here Texas and these shoes are just right for the littles to run and and keep warm and dry I think after play I would have then clean them before putting away , so they will ready for the next play time.

I would not recommend them for snow deeper than 3 or 4 inches deep. They maybe waterproof but the tongue is not connected on the sides so snow above the ankles will melt in. I'm also not sure that they would be warm enough. They are not really snow boots more like around town winter boots. There is not too much insulation above the toe box. I would recommend looking into keen or Sorel for kick around snow boots.

According to our fit models these boots are running true to size and width. One reviewer states, "They're perfectly warm in 30-40 degree weather and will probbaly work for me until it get's under 15 degrees or so, which is what attracted me to them. They're non insulated so they aren't mid winter boots. They serve their purpose and I like them."
