I own these shoes and they're my absolute favorites. It's a fantastic cross between a Chaco sandal and a fleece lined boot. I LOVE these shoes and they're my go to shoes for whatever I'm doing. My feet are warm, my arches are well supported and I can walk all day in colder weather and my feet are...

These are great shoes--really comfortable! I would note that they are a little clunky--the soles are sort of large. Also, these are really WARM shoes--great at the ice-rink where my son plays hockey, but will definitely not wear them in warmer weather.

I have only discovered Chaco in the last year but am so thankful for them with the biocentric foot bed that really reduces the pain that I now own about 12 pairs. Thought these would be good for the winter weather and knowing that my 6-6.6 W feet would need the space to wear with socks and to consider the fleece, I bought 7.5 thinking that should give the space needed. I clearly was wrong. Just wearing these in the house for about 30 mins was more than enough to tell me that these have something wrong with the sizing. There were so very tight they were painful. As I normally wear medium width since wide width isn't always available, I know that shoes a whole size up shouldn't cause pain because of tightness. If you have wide feet, just forgo these, and save yourself the frustration and cost. These are going back.
the brown was available with both natural and brown sheepskin lining. The black has black sheepskin only. They're great, cute, warm shoes, made by the "old" Chaco Co. They're won't be anymore - sigh.

I don't know about the brown, but the black has a black fleece (shearling) liner. The shearling liner is only on the top of the shoe -- not the bottom (sole).

I don't recall, sorry. I ended up returning these immediately because they were way too small. I would have gotten a size up instead, but they were sold out.
