They are super durable and will get my cycling, running, playing daughter through the summer. They are also feminine for a girl. As always, Sierra Trading Post has fast delivery and superb customer service.

The best feature is the totally adjustable strap system. I love the fun colors & designs offered in the kid sizes.

Reviewed by ski lover from New England on Monday, March 11, 2013My kids weren't enthused with these after a day of wear. Straps weren't easy to adjust to a good tension. I believe the design of the one strap connecting through the footbed just made it harder to get them comfortable. After walking all day the kids weren't comfortable and preferred the standard Teva design. The adult shoes I had bought for myself (different brand) were miserable, so I tried these since they have high arch support. I liked mine for the day, but the only plus is the high arch support. I wouldn't say the straps were anything special. In addition, the front strap placement is fairly back on the foot, making it easy for kids to catch the front of the footbed as they walk and trip. Keeping one of the kids' pair for myself due to the good arch support.

My son hardly wears this. Bought for outdoor messing around but is very stiff, thick base that doesn't bend with boys' outdoor activities. Very disappointing

I offered them to my friend as a gift, knowing she has a tough time finding sandals, and she loved them, but the outer strap on the left ankle was hurting her when she went without socks. I expect to keep them, though I will try them for an hour or so to be sure before wearing them outdoors. I am more into minimalist footwear or barefooting, so these are slightly chunky and heavy for my taste, but by most standards are sleek and light enough. I always wanted a second pair of Chacos as my first hurt my arches because they were a bit high for me. These seem perfect. I'm guessing my arches are about average. I got the Martian strap and love them. They are super cute, and subtle enough that they could go with anything in the right color range. They are subtly whimsical. I love that. I expect these to be nigh indestructible. I plan to lend them to my son in a decade or so, if he wants to wear them while his feet briefly pass through my size. I am a women's 9, and I think I got the youth 6.

When I see them at a great price, I buy for the future! I've been able to pass down chacos to 2 more kids! Always worth the price!
