I generally love chacos, but these rubbed my feet where the back straps attach at the heel support after only a couple hours in the house. Will be returning. Would work if you have tougher feet or are very narrow through there. My feet are average width.

I finally decided to see why people like this brand. I was really disappointed when I tried them on and adjusted the straps. The footbed is very sturdy and had great support, but the straps are so lightweight they didn't secure my foot enough to the footbed. There really needs to be a better design with the straps. This appears to be the same design on most Chaco sandals.

I love Chacos, especially the Z1 sandals. The fit is always true to my size and the arch support is excellent. I have had plantar fasciitis in the past and with some serious work done by the podiatrist and the consistency of the Chacos, my feet are in much better shape. I hope they are always available through Sierra Trading Post!
