5.0 out of 5 stars. The Best Sandals
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Saltwaterbaby from South on Tuesday, December 1, 2015
My entire family and I wear Chaco sandals in warm weather all over the world. They are great for protecting your feet and are very healthy for feet as they allow toe splay and lots of movement; I know they are not minimalist shoes but often more of a sole is necessary for the surfaces we frequent. None of us can wear Birkenstocks because the arch support is too close to the toes, and we all have arches closer to our ankles. STP had them on clearance, thank you STP!

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Great looking sandals.

My feet are narrow so I had to return them. The band that crosses over the front was loose. A size 12 is hard to come by at the price STP offered for these but I couldn't keep them. They're a good looking sandal and I would recommend them.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Good, durable shoes!

These shoes are very sturdy, but what else would one expect from Chacos? The price was also astounding!
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Need more adjustability

I really REALLY wish the tightening abilities were a lot grander, as I cannot get these tight enough to stay on without wearing wool socks. I don't have especially narrow feet, either. Chacos are great, and I'll keep these simply for the $39 price, but they'll have to be my cool-weather sandals. I rock the sock/sandal look like a champ.
  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Chaco

Love Chacos and the ease of wearing them without a break-in process.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. Beware of sizing; ordering up 1/2 size (as recommended) didn't work for me!
Reviewed by CanyonWren from Minneapolis on Thursday, July 7, 2016
Because I usually wear size 7.5 sandals, I ordered 8's as recommended. I wear size 8 hiking and tennis shoes, so I figured it was a sure thing. Not so. I could have handled the length of the shoe, but I couldn't handle the straps dragging on the ground all the time. I tried on a 7 in a store, and found out that's the perfect size for me. Unfortunately, no 7's are left in this style/color. (I got the Nutmeg color; perfect travel sandal. Bummer it didn't work out).

About Chaco

There's a good reason why Chaco shoes have maintained a devoted following of adventurous souls (proudly known as Chaconians) for more than 25 years. From the incredible, arch-supporting footbed to the totally unique strap configuration, Chaco sandals fit like a glove and provide amazing support. Originally created by Mark Paigen in 1989, Chaco sandals have since evolved from a single pair of “Ultimate Sport Sandals” into an array of adventure-ready footwear products, including Chaco boots, sneakers and even clogs. Plus, to reduce waste and help loyal Chaconians get more miles out of their favorite kicks, this brand has even introduced the ReChaco Project, which allows customers to send in their worn or damaged sandals to be repaired.
