    As a Chaco convert, it was a great disappointment to try these on at first. The one strap which does NOT adjust was too tight. And I have a narrow foot, so how can anyone else wear it? So glad I gave them a chance, because that cross-strap must have loosened a bit. They fit fine, now. Whew!

    Friend reccommended Chacos for my (diabetic) foot issues - neuropathy and pain. I've worn them EVERY DAY since I got them. They felt odd at first because of the stiff foot bed. I love the adjustable straps! Would like a recommendation for winter footwear, or I'll be wearing these sandals with socks! :-)

    Finally I have shoes my kids are proud of. I am one of the "cool" folks now. These shoes are great on camping trips, and I wear them hiking and climbing in southern Utah. I plan on taking them to Germany next year. They look good on my feet and they make my feet look good. The straps are soft and comfortable, and the sole gives a bit to make a nice, solid, strong step. I got a wide size and it fits my fat feet. I may even wear them to the gym!
