I had ordered men's Chaco sandals, I usually wear men's sports shoes because of their extra width, but the foot bed was too heavy and thick for my feet. These ladies sandals are perfect.

I tried on a 9 in stores and they fit much better. Since the straps are so adjustable, the 9s fit nicely. However, I find that the single-strap design is less comfortable to me than the multi-strap designs.

My issue is with the strap adjustment system. You have to pull the straps though the sole to loosen or tighten the strap...or strap as it seems to be one long strap. The strap doesn't pull easily through the sole, and it's rather difficult to get the fit just right.
I only rated these 3 stars due to the adjustment issue.

I've loved being able to wear sandals despite my plantar fasciitis. These sandals are a disappointment. The arch support that I love in my old ones (I have 4 other pairs) is just not there anymore. Yes, the arch support is better than your usual sandal, but this is not the Chaco I have loved. I am now on a quest for a new sandal. Disappointed....
