I have had several pairs of Chacos over the years. They are the best sport sandal out there. I like that they are less clunky than some. I had tried several other brands before finding Chacos. I have a wide foot, but because of the straps being completely adjustable, I was able to wear the regula...

These are the first pair of chacos I've ever owned and they are everything I imagined it would be and more. Sierra Trading Post have probably the best discounts of any other website I looked at, the delivery was quick as well. One thing is, these sandals are definitely more lime green than yellow. Just FYI. Still look super great!!

These shoes feel great once they are broken in, and they are very cute. I was surprised that they are in between green and yellow, not just bright yellow. I'm going to keep them, but I thought others would like a heads up about the color difference.
This is the Unaweep sole. Just used these on a trip to Hawaii. Hiked the Manoa Falls trail which is steep and slippery in places. I had to be very careful, but the sandals did just great. Did not feel I would be better off in a pair of closed shoes. Also walked around downtown Honolulu in these and was very comfortable. I'm used to trail hiking and sidewalks are hard on my feet, legs and body. These provided great support and cushion. Biked in them too. A great all around sandal. I'm sure they would not be adequate for some trails needed closed hiking shoes, but they were great for what I wanted them for.

The straps should not shrink. With time feet do still continue to grow so it may be that you just don't wear that size anymore. Try to just floss the straps through the sandal for a bit, meaning tug them and readjust them a few times and see if this may stretch them out. Also try doing this if the straps are wet. I hope this helps.

Yes, all of the front straps are adjustable. You can not adjust the heel but with loosening or tightening the front you can adjust it to fit perfectly. You just want to make sure the the sandal fits your arch as opposed to concentrating on the length.

The straps are adjustable to a degree and they need a little pulling around to get the right fit. After that they are good to go!
