  • Answer I wear a US size 9 in most shoes (except Keens, where I'm a solid 9.5), and except for closed Chaco shoes where I go up .5 to 1 size, I find that the sandals are true to size such that a 9 always fits me fine.

  • Answer I have found them to be fairly true to size. I wear an 8.5 and my daughter wears a 9; we both ordered size 9 Chacos, and they fit well. The straps are highly adjustable, so as long as the length and width of the footbed is right, you can adjust the straps to hold your foot perfectly.

  • Answer If your a regular size 7 you should be fine to order a size 7 Chaco. Only order smaller if your a half size in regular shoes.

  • Answer I am a 7/7.5 in regular shoe and ordered size 7 in these chacos and they fit perfect!! The chaco z/volv 2 sport sandals run small and I would order a size up. But these ZX/2 Yampa fit perfectly!

  • Answer According to our fit team this item is running true to size. Half sizes order up.

  • Answer The Chacos do run big. I have a women's size 8 and there is a substantial amount of footbed that goes beyond my toes. I have worn them a ton, so I can't return, but if I were to order again I would probably order a half size smaller. In all other shoes, boots etc. I am a solid size 8 with a medium width. By substantial I mean more than a half inch.
