I work in a freezer, for about 30mins, I handle frozen food product. My toes & fingertips freezeup very quick. I layered these gloves w/a thicker winter glove, then a plain work glove w/grippage. Even 15mins, my fingertips were froze.Nice gloves, just not warm enough for what I'm needing. I'm returning these, have found some w/THINSULATE 100gram. Wish me luck :)

To measure your hand size correctly, measure the widest part of your hand (excluding your thumb), generally around the knuckles. The sizes are listed in inches.

Yes, this size will fit them. But I wouldn't recommend these gloves. One of the fingers unraveled after 2nd wearing and the color bleeds severely, fingers and especially fingernails look horrible and it doesn't come off with washing your hands.
