Charles Nolan Popcorn A-Line Coat - Wool (For Women)

I'm really glad I took a chance on this coat! The fabric, in indigo,is gorgeous; the coat is very well made. The sleeves "bell" a bit at the cuffs, a bit wider than I would have expected. There is a really pretty set-in belt in the back,sort of above the waistline, of the same fabric, just a nice defining detail for the back. I live in the middle of nowhere and you definitely don't see anything like this around here. When I go "to the city" to shop or visit, this coat starts conversations, people want to talk about it, touch it and generally admire it! It's really cool. My teenage and college age daughters love this stylish coat and want me to wear it with dress jeans, slacks and boots. This has been fun, a little outside the box for me. You definitely have to "own" this thing when you wear it! :)

This is a gorgeous, unique coat. The fit is perfect for someone who is thin and long-limbed. It is also well-made. Great for going out on special occasions.

Much better design then the description/pictures indicate....Coat is lightweight, not for cold weather. Great with fashion denim, straight skirts, dresses.

This coat surprised me because it's so great -looking. It seems a little strange in the photos, but go for it! It's lightweight,really well made from beautiful fabric. The long vent in the back is pretty - the whole thing is pretty and feminine but will be great with jeans. It's fitted through the shoulders so will be best when you don't need a ton of layers. I bought the black but the blue would be great for spring.It's the most distinctive coat I've seen.

Fantatic designer coat. Too narrow in shoulders to wear over suits for me, but I have very broad shoulders. I hate to send this one back

Judging from the picture & description alone, this coat was going to be either awful or a great find. Since Charles Nolan is a fantastic NY designer, I decided to order it in black & check it out further. WOW - it is a GREAT coat at a great price! The popcorn-textured fabric is lightweight and an interesting addition to a very stylish, well-made coat.
