“Although this is not a warm cut, it is wool and is just about right for a Texas fall/winter. It would be good for spring or summer evenings in colder climates. I loved the retro look of the coat. The back is cuter than the front and is tapered in. It does have a slit up the back till the wide waist-band, but it hangs closed unless walking. My problem was that the arm hole openings were too small. I studied the shoulders and they seemed about right. I have broad shoulders of if the shoulders are a bit tight that is normal on me but usually the arm holes are fine. These felt a size small at least. Also, being only 5'3" the coat was a bit long. If that were the only problem I would have kept it and decided later about hemming but the sleeve-holes made me return it.”
