    As straw hats go, this is one of the most stylish in my opinion - it definitely lives up to the picture on the website. It's a very pale color and the straw is tight - the kind that you don't see any holes through. It might not match up to a Stetson or a true Resistol but it's VERY nice for the price - beautifully designed and well-crafted. As long as you order a size larger than you normally do, you will like this hat. Even if it ends up a bit loose, you can always tuck cloth, leather, or foam in the sweatband and get a perfect fit. If it's too small, you are out of luck.

    I purchased this hat for my boyfriend as "no occasion" gift.. I have always admired Charlie 1 Horse Cowboy hats on other people & when I saw this one on sale, I could not believe my good fortune. He owns 2 other hats but they are now parked on the shelf. He grabs this hat every time he goes out the door. Since we country dance, this is the hat that hits the dance floor with us. He looks so handsome, even more now with his Charlie 1 Horse....
