    I've been western hat shopping for a long time, and this is the right style for me - it's more structured than the too-beat-up hats you find in trendy boutiques, but still light and loose-weave enough for beach campouts! The subtle gold paint rubbing means I can even wear it out to happy hour in the city. I have trouble finding hats that fit my smaller head size, but this one was PERFECT.

    Purchased for wife at her request. She has had similiar straw cowgirl hats in the past and claims this one is better quality than those that she bought in Nashville. It is only a straw hat though and it is what it is....most likely a hat that you'll get a year or two worth of use out of, but certainly not bad for the price.
