“Nice”

“I ordered these in the 'watermelon' color (since sold out?) with a little apprehension that they might not be a true red. But they are -- the color is nice and deep. The canisters are a good shape and size, easy to scoop out of, yet they don't take up too much space/height on the counter. There are rubber gaskets on the lids to help them seal airtight; the large lid's gasket is too thin on my set to actually provide a seal. However, this is a minor issue and not a deal-breaker for me. I looked a long time for red canisters that weren't retro or countrified and I am happy with the modern-ish look of these.”
