The soles appear to be well designed to help prevent slipping on icy sidewalks. The difficulty is in pulling them on, very narrow entry.

As weather and water-proof footwear, this shoe is very well suited to winter working/walking outdoors. And, it's slip-on feature makes it especially convenient to slip on and off as needed. Both of these features are especially important this winter--we've had lots of heavy snow and now freezing rain. So, keeping your feet warm and dry is important.

The boots seem at least one half size larger than other boots of the same size. I had to put extra felt insoles into them to keep them from flopping around on my feet. They are not as comfortable as some boots I've had but I think they will wear well and that was what I was after. I'm not sure if I could recommend them to a friend.

Great Slip on Boot

I knew the style would be a tough fit for me, since it's a pull on. The arch is a little tight, but it is loosening up with time. Otherwise great boot, warm, waterproof and great quality for price.

I bought these for my husband to wear on the job. He is an inspector and has to do a lot of walking around property in the mud. These boots are perfect. They are waterproof, the bottoms are grippy and he can hose them off when they get really nasty. He spends part of the day in an office and these boots are not too warm to wear indoors for several hours. He also plans to wear them when he rides his motorcycle. They are not insulated so wearing them riding in the winter isn't practical but they will be good in warm weather. My husband wears an orthodic and these boots work fine with it inserted. They are comfortable for work but are not meant to be worn for hiking.

Great for everyday use but especially nice when the weather turns to rain because I have nothing to worry about since they are waterproof. The boots are comfortable and very durable. Enjoy!

Really nice boot. Light in weight and not bulky like some boots. I needed a pair for bass fishing in the winter time in rainy Alabama, and these boots work nicely for this. They don't scuff my boat, and they keep my feet dry. I always buy a size 12 in boots, and I got a size 12 in these. They are a perfect fit. The soles are pretty stiff for breaking in, but not uncomfortable and I suspect they will break in quite well with a little more time (I've only had them a week). They look nice with jeans. I was wondering before buying them what the material would actually look like. They give a look that is in between a neoprene and a leather. Hard to describe, but I do like the look of this boot. They breath well, somehow, and they don't make my feet sweat at all. Very nice boot.
