    Just got these a few days ago so I can't comment on the durability or break in period yet. In fact I haven't worn them except for around the house so far. I bought these primarily for summer and warm weather use since lined works boots are just too warm. I really like Chippewa quality. My only gripe is that unless you have HUGE ankles, the top laces will be completely together. The laces that come with the boots are the waxed kind and don't stretch too well. I bought a different pair of laces (same length) and now I am able to wrap them around the back of the boot and them tie them in the from. The fit is great now. Also the price is amazing, especially you subscribe to the STP mailing list and frequently receive coupons. Buy 'em. They're good.
