I just lost 18 pounds so I have to buy new clothes. These will have to be shortened, otherwise, great.

This is my second pair of CB's Juliannas. I love my first pair just as much but the light blue is a fun color! I anticipate wearing both during the winter, even though I wear them in 90-degree heat now. The fabric is sturdy, almost jeans-weight, but velvety soft. My first pair, bought in May, has worn wonderfully and I expect these to do the same.
I am a "bottom-curvy" 5'6", and I fluctuate between a size 12 and 14 depending on the pants. I wear 12s in Christopher Blues and the brand is splendidly slimming without being uncomfortable or binding. I do suggest ordering a size down as well as your regular size if you have doubts and seeing which suits you best. Worked for me!

Even though they are to long, I will keep them because they look great and feel even better. I'll shorten them with little or no trouble and hope they will last for a long time. Really enjoy the feel of the fabric and the look they produce...."long" and lean.

These are cut so that the waist is higher in the back than the front. So once it sits at the natural waist in front its WAY over your waist in the back. That double whammy makes the pants look dowdy not conservative.
