I purchased the bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths made by "Christy for a major department store". The tags on the towels are for the "major department store" and the towels are very nice. They are soft, absorbent, large enough (a normal large size)--I wouldn't want a hand towel any bigger. The description didn't say, but they have the longer loop terry, which washes up nice and fluffy. Some of the other comments I read (before I purchased) thought they were a bit too thick. I don't agree. I think they are just about right. They wash and, more importantly, dry in the same amount of time as other, less thick, towels I've owned. Some might want them a bit thicker, but for the price, you can't beat the quality and plushness that these deliver.

Nice, soft, thick pile towel. Hem stitching doesn't look as durable as I would like.

Very nice towels. The color was a bit off from what I expected but overall I'm very satisfied.
