Chrysalis gets its beautiful fabrics from some of the top tweed mills in England and Scotland... then stitches them up in accordance with the company's meticulous standards into classic styles like the Windsor duffle coat. Fine, heavyweight wool is woven into such a well-defined vertical texture, it gives the suggestion of corduroy.

    wonderful coat = I wasn't going to order this since they stop at size 44 and I normally wear a 46 -- but since coats run big sometimes, I took a chance on a 44 -- I got it and it fits excellent and is a joy to wear -- this is the real deal. I think the more people wear quality products like this -- the more we will realize that the stuff from [...] just isn't worth your time. I plan to keep this coat for the rest of my life.

    This is a beautifully made mens coat. I saw a very similar one in the men's dept.of one of New York's best department stores a year or so ago. It was very expensive.

    Looks really nice and the cut is very true to size. Very well-made. I'm a 40 chest and the 40 in this coat with either a t-shirt or thin sweater fits just right, but has room for a thicker sweater. The only thing I don't like, and I did know this when I bought it, is that it is unlined (except the sleeves). That said, the material is heavy (about LL. Bean wool blanket weight heavy) and not itchy.
