Circa by Joan & David Elwood Boots - Water Repellent (For Women)

I really liked the style of this boot and the fact that it's waterproof is an added bonus. However, it's too large, and although I've added an insole to take up slack, my heel still rubs. I'd recommend ordering at least a half to full size smaller.

These boots are comfy and stylish, plus they're a high-quality brand, at a very reasonable price. I'm looking forward to wearing these for a long time. They go great with tailored pants and jeans, and I'm hoping they keep my feet warm and dry during our Minnesota winters.

I loved the look of these boots, but when they arrived my size 8 was too long by at least a half size - though it felt like a good width. So if I'd gone down the half size to get proper length, these would have been cut much too narrow. I hated to return them, but back they went.

They are just what I wanted! If they had been available in brown, I would have bought them also. They are easy to put on, and look great! I wear pants to work more often in the winter, and needed something to cover my ankles to keep my feet warmer - they are just right!

You know how sometimes you really need to "break in" a boot? Well, you don't need to do that here. These boots were super comfortable right out of the box. The leather felt a little stiff, so I was worried that they would rub, but they were just great. First time wearing them, I kept them on all day. They are water resistant which is wonderful here in Minnesota. Also, for an outdoor worthy boot they are not too warm to wear inside all day. I love these. They are just what I was looking for.

I sent them back because they were too big and they had already sold out of the next size smaller. I never wore them around.
