Circa by Joan & David Nelise Boots - Short (For Women)

I liked the way these boots looked, in the box and on my feet. The heel and the back of the boot looked especially good because of the way the boot hugged my heel. The extra height on the shaft was nice as well. My problem ran in the front of the boot. I have narrow feet and short toes, but the toebox was really short here. It could be a function of my arch, but about three steps in these boots, and I felt the pinching on the ball of my foot. The quality of the leather was good, so it's likely that these would have been broken in. But I wasn't quite willing to invest that much effort (or pain) in them. The downside to buying shoes online I guess.

These were awfully cute, but the toe area is VERY narrow. My feet are on the narrow side, and these were much to narrow for me. I wish they had fit because they are well made.

Ordered 1/2 size larger, fits well with warm comfy socks, I have wide feet with bunions and it's hard to get boots that fit, these do.

the only thing that was bad about this boot, was that the top of the boot rubbed into my leg, and if my socks rode down, would cause marks on my leg. And I have thin lower legs!

I bought these for my 40-something daughter as a gift. They are beautiful and she loves them. Her husband loves them too. Her teenager tried to "borrow" them but fortunately mom has smaller feet. She hasn't had the opportunity to wear them yet but her husband is planning a date night.
