The gloves are very nice supple leather, but slim fit, I have petite hands and the length fits good, so if you have long fingers, this may not be the right one for you.

Answer Measure around the WIDEST part of your hand. FOLLOW the size chart under the "sizing" tab, do not follow your instinct! (I am a M in everything & in store gloves too, so when my measurement came out at 7.5 I thought it was off and I wanted them snug, figured in the "stretch" of leather and ordered a M -- mistake! I can get my hand in, but they are really uncomfortablely tight. my fault..too bad.
