However, these gloves run on an extremely small size basis.
Based on the sizing guide my wife ordered a "L" size. They were way too small, could not fit them over her knuckles. Sierra Trading were very good about it and helped us process a free return and send us out an XL size. Well, the "pair" of gloves came, one was XL, the other L. Not Sierra's fault, clearly the supplier had made the mistake as the gloves were all packaged.
Again, Sierra helped us with the return and sent another "XL" pair. These are still too small. The don't even fit our 11 year old, and she has small hands.
Unless you're a hand model for Vogue, or buying these for a 9 year old I would pas on the gloves.
We're going to have to work with Sierra for a third return on these gloves. -

I have small, narrow hands and purchased a medium based on reviews. I cannot even get my hand in it!! I wear a size 7 & the tag says it is a girth of 7". Not even close. Grandoe are normally wonderful and these appear to be of good quality which is why I gave them 2 stars, the sizing is totally off. An XL might fit if you wear a medium but I won't be exchanging as shipping chgs to & from Alaska are prohibitively expensive to take another chance.

I am very disappointed and can't see why these gloves got all of the positive reviews below. They are just Ok quality. As everyone else pointed out sizing is off. So I ordered L ( I usually wear small or medium). They fit fine (maybe a little bit smaller than I would love, but fine). The biggest disappointment, however, is some awkward black stains all over them, especially around the fingertips, but not only there.. I am returning..

The extra-large that arrived very quickly and efficiently, was definitely no larger than the large and actually felt smaller. I regifted these to someone with narrower hands, but I was disappointed that the larger size was NOT larger. The quality of the gloves seemed very nice and they are attractive.

They are for dress and light use. The cashmere lining is luxurious and so warm. The touchscreen feature works so far, but I wonder about in very cold weather (a problem with another brand I have). These are thicker leather than the usual gloves. Of course they come small and need to be worn in to your hand--don't give up if you measured your hand.
