I am a petite, 5'3" woman with below average sized hands, and the X-L barely fit. They are unlined, and not very well made (fingernail got caught on the knitted fabric and pulled a thread out the first time I put them on.) I'd say they were good for style only - perfect for a teenager!

I should of bought more!
