“The sleeves are a bit long, but not excessively so. It's for added protection and is a nice feature when reaching for things - nothing worse than a gap between your glove and jacket. The jacket is a lightweight wind breaker that has room for a couple of layers. That makes it more versatile, it's water resistant, but I wouldn't count on staying dry in a downpour.”
