“I think there was supposed to be a crotch gusset that got left out in the construction process. That it the only possible explanation for the fit. I can't imagine the manufacturer would deliberately design them to fit like that - they are fine about the waist, hips and legs, but the crotch length (back waist to front waist through the crotch) is way too small, resulting in the seam sitting between your posterior cheeks and feeling like you are wearing thong underwear. The hem arrangement, with a drawcord, is also stupid, and probably useless.”
