Cloudveil Cool Pants (For Women)

Size 8 was more like a 4 or size in waist and hips. Order at least one sizelarger size . Very nice pants.. Too bad they didn't have a larger size.

I think there was supposed to be a crotch gusset that got left out in the construction process. That it the only possible explanation for the fit. I can't imagine the manufacturer would deliberately design them to fit like that - they are fine about the waist, hips and legs, but the crotch length (back waist to front waist through the crotch) is way too small, resulting in the seam sitting between your posterior cheeks and feeling like you are wearing thong underwear. The hem arrangement, with a drawcord, is also stupid, and probably useless.

What a heart breaker! The pants are true to Cloudveil quality in all other areas, but quite uncomfortable in the rise. Will be returning them.

Like these, will be nice when traveling. Rear pockets, what were they thinking, can't really use them, there diagonal across yout bottom, with velcro to close them. Don't understand designers!

As a usual size6 even with going 1 size larger, the pants fit waste and hips but were short thru the crotch

The waist is much smaller than other Cloudveil pants. The legs are a wide cut- perfect for hot temps. The length is kinda short, but works well with sandals or flip flops as an ankle length pant.

style not as expected and far too long for me

The waist on these was true to size in terms of girth, but there simply was not enough length between the beltline and top of inseam. Sitting created tightness issues in front and gapping in the back. Also, the legs are quite wide on these. In all, a strange & uncomfortable fit for casual outdoor pants. -I'm a typical 120 lb 5'8" person.
