“disappointing”

“I had read some reviews that said the dark feathers showed through and made the jacket look dirty, but others seemed to give it good reviews, so I took a chance. But it's true-- before I even took it out of the box, I thought it had a stain on it. Then I realized the whole jacket looked like it had gray stains. Also, the collar kind of sticks up and bugs me. If it weren't for the feather problem, I would put up with that, because it seems like a nice warm coat and it fits well. Going to return it.”
