Closeouts. Cloudveil's Rayzar jacket is a soft shell that rules the resorts in drier winter climates. Stretch-woven Schoeller® soft shells give unrestricted movement and a glove-like fit. Water-resistant and breathable fabric has a brushed interior to regulate moisture and dry fast.
