    I live in Michigan and do a lot of fly fishing for steelhead in the winter months. This is a great thermal layer for those days on the river in late February.

    This jacket was perfect for me, I live in Buffalo, NY and I never wear any winter jackets around campus or town so I wanted a good casual light casual jacket since it's been really windy and raiding a lot lately. And it works great, warm despite high winds and the jacket is water resistant so I wasn't heading to lectures drenched. Hope that helps!
