Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This is a pretty dress, but by no means a maxi! It hits me above my ankle bones. It makes me feel as if I am a child who is outgrowing her dress!
Now I can hem it up and make it another length if I want and be okay with it. You WILL need a slip! You can look thru this and drive it's so thin. But the pattern is very pretty. I will recommend this to my shorter friends.
