Cody Direct Antique Matelasse Bedspread - Queen

I am taking seriously comments by others concerning easy of washing and non shrinking. I had been looking for years for a fabric that could be used to make a slip cover for my couch. Poat finding this spread at a national store, fabric was rich with great weight, but not color I wanted. Never thought I would find this at Seirra Trade Post and in the exact color to match other material I had. However, it sold out by next day. Finally it was back and at a price that made it more than affordable. The cody spread came in nice cream, white (true color), pale blue (too pale)looked faded, a coral pink and sage, didn't like. This was perfect for my project!! As many colors could go with it, affording color changed on back pillows. 2 Queen size would do the job. I couldn't get washable fabric in a great weight at a fabric store to do this as a slipcover. Hence I should be able to make this into a slip cover that looks like it's really upholstery, yet washable. I'm totally excited to start. This would be great for use as a bed spread for anyone not wanting a bulky polyster spread that must be changed out in summer. One could change just pillow shams and bed skirt if change is desired for summer months. Great true grayblue color. Thanks Seirra Trading Post for a quality product.

Nice spread, larger then I thought, plenty to tuck under pillows for full coverage.

This is a beautiful spread that generously covers our queen size bed. The blue color works perfectly in our guest room and looks very classy with some custom made shams. The weight is perfect for year-round use here in the south. I'm very pleased.

I bought two and they looked so nice, I just bought a third. It is fun to change things around and at this price, it is easy.

using a full size as a comforter and bought the queen to make matching bedskirt and shams. Great set at great price.
