Cole Haan Air Kadin Tall Boots - Waterproof (For Women)

Beautiful leather. I've worn them casually and with a dress. They're narrower than I usually wear, but the narrowness makes them look a bit dressier.

Good for rain, snow, slush, or just walking around. Great value.

Very comfortable. I walked all day with them.

For going out and about in the snow--from casual to dress-up; nice leather.

Nice looking but not comfortable. They look more like a rain boot.

I wanted a waterproof leather black boot to replace mine which are a couple of years old, but unfortunately this didn't work for me. The length of this felt a 1/2 size too short and the heel slipped. Overall, I wasn't wild about the look of this boot but thought it might be cuter on. . .jury is still out on that. . . I have a fairly small calf and the circumference of this boot fit my calf just fine, so I would imagine those women with larger or more muscular calves would find the top of the boot a bit snug.

Normally one has to sacrifice comfort for style or vice-versa, but not with these stylish oh-so-comfy (yet waterproof and breathable) boots. It's like walking on air! (Even in the rain -- and in high style, to boot. No pun intended.) These boots are amazingly comfortable yet very stylish. It's hard to believe they are waterproof--everything from the design to the soft breathable leather would make the wearer and the beholder think these are not for splashing about in puddles or singing in the rain. Yet they are waterproof and with the Cole Haan name and quality to go along with the great price from Sierra Trading Post. I had received many unsolicited compliments on these boots. Add to all this that the boots are extremely comfortable out of the box with no break-in period (and don't forget waterproof, breathable and very stylish and classic). I highly recommend them.
