“Ordered in "medium" as my wife is a size 10, and wears medium everything. I guess this is intended to be worn with low rise pants that do not reach anywhere near the waist, as it's 39 inches long and her waist is 32 inches. However, mature adults generally don't wear this type of clothing. Nice enough belt, just a hassle of the return after ordering what should be the correct size.”
