Cole Haan Saddle Denny Shoulder Bag

This bag can be used as a handbag, a travel bag and hold a few business related items such as folders, notebook, etc. I do wish it had "feet" on the bottom but Cole Hann never puts them on their bags.

I returned this purse because it is huge and I could not imagine using it as a everyday purse which is what I wanted.

Great, large bag. Carries everything but still looks really polished.

Got this bag and was on the fence at first- out of the box it's bulky, but the leather softened up fairly quickly and it took a more natural, less rectangular shape. I love the bag- it hints at the equestrian styling but doesn't go over the top to get the message across. The color is rich, the leather is high quality. Stitching and fashioning are tight and well executed. The interior fabric is lovely, and there are ample pockets. This can double as a carry on bag for a flight, and does well to and from the office. It is also a good 'long day out' bag, holding several errand items. I wonder one thing: the "divider" pocket (the full length, zipper pocket that runs down the center of the interior) is not sewn down to the bottom of the bag. Why? So, if you have your wallet in the zippered center divider pouch, and some other things, anything loose in the right or left main compartments drifts down under the zipper center pocket and gets a bit obscured. It seems to me that the center zip pocket should be sewn to the bag along the bottom and along both sides, not just tacked on at the top, to sort of flop around. Otherwise, this is a five star bag at a jaw-dropping price. I was in the store for this brand yeterday, and saw comps at 500-700 dollars. To get it at [$] is a steal!
