“Sleeves too long, jacket too short”

“Cole Haan has used excellent materials and put superb workmanship into this jacket, but something went amiss in the proportion of sleeve length to jacket length. I knew this before even trying it on. I'm 5'5" and have fairly long arms for my height, but the sleeves came down to the base of my thumb, and the jacket was short and did not have the form-fitting tailored appearance I expected from the photo. Sorry to be sending this back, but it's clear now why this jacket has been so dramatically reduced in price.”
