“This is a different accessory that could put some life into a more boring dress, tunic, or sweater that needs belting. It's glitzy, but not tacky. For a small-waisted person, this will have to sit down on the hips, as you are limited by the heavily decorated part as to how tight you can pull-tie it. I am looking forward to perking up a solid outfit or making a work/office outfit less conservative for a dinner out.”
