    Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
    I love these pants. Usually pants are too tight in the waist but these sit low enough that it isn't a problem. The fabric is soft and feels like it will last and is thick. The colors are good and the pants are very flattering. The only problem is that they don't come in an inseam length that's right for me. Petite is too short, regular is too long so I had to have every pair hemmed.

    Columbia has a real problem with consistent and predictable sizing. On this tiem the 12 is way too small and the 14 is way too big! So what size do I wear?! I love the color and feel of these pants. They just need to get the sizing right so they fit someone.

    OK, so I bought two of these. Same size, different color. One was perfect in the waist, the other was way too small. Also the advertised inseam length for Regular was 29 inches, which would be perfect for me, but unfortunately the inseam is actually 32 inches long. So just watch that.
