    Bought these for my wife so her feet stay warm. In upstate NY weather you need a warm boot and Columbias work great.So far she loves them and hasnt had cold feet walking the dogs.I also own 4 pairs of Columbias.

    At first try they rubbed mid leg on front and back and thought I'd send them back. But delayed and snow storm hit and figured I needed them for woods hiking with dog. Left top eyelets unlaced and the boot gave enough after about an hour and now it is real comfortable. Break in is quick. Very warm and stable footing.
